The Project
The owners needed one building that combined living space with a tall, weather-tight shop for vehicles and equipment.
The Build
Hammer Down poured the slab, stick-framed the walls, set the trusses, then sheathed the building, finished the exterior with metal siding and roofing, a walk door, windows, and a full-height overhead door, and completed the living side inside.
The Result
A clean, durable shop home with a two-tone exterior that will hold up for decades with minimal maintenance, finished inside and ready to move into.
